I really like your idea of an annual Latin festival, similar to the Eistedfodd. The first modern Eistedfodd was held in London on Primrose Hill by an eclectic group of bards, poets, etc.
I expect our first Festival will have similar small numbers. After only a week online, the first people are already creeping onto the various Foedus Latinum sites - so the plan seems to be working.
The Seattle Circulus has put an advert for their site on the Foedus site for their geographical area - I hope that this new series of sites will become the focus for these groups to find members,
I'm looking forward to hearing more about the new Cardiff group you're going to set up.
